Rolling On Clutch ("we", "us") is an advertising agency that manages Amazon Advertising campaigns on behalf of advertisers who engage our services. We are the operator of this service and the point of contact for any question about this notice: ceo@rollingonclutch.net.
This notice describes how we collect, use, store and delete information obtained through the Amazon Ads API when an advertiser authorizes our application to access their Amazon Advertising account. It applies only to that information and to the visitors of this website. It does not apply to data processed by Amazon itself.
When an advertiser authorizes our application, we receive and process, strictly within the scope granted:
We do not collect, request or store end-consumer personal information, payment card data, or Amazon account passwords. We do not receive shopper-level or personally identifiable purchase data through this integration.
We process this information for one purpose only: to operate, analyze, optimize and report on the advertising campaigns we have been engaged to manage for that advertiser. Specifically, to generate performance reports, to calculate and apply bid and budget adjustments, to identify wasted spend and new targeting opportunities, and to support the advertiser's questions about their account.
We do not use advertiser data to train third-party machine-learning models, we do not aggregate it with other advertisers' data to create benchmark products, and we do not use it for any purpose the advertiser has not engaged us for.
We access an advertising account only after its authorized user completes Amazon's OAuth consent flow, and only for accounts covered by a services agreement with us. Access is limited to the profiles that the authorizing user is permitted to see. An advertiser may withdraw authorization at any time through the Amazon Advertising console (Account Access) or by writing to us; withdrawal takes effect immediately.
We do not sell advertiser information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising or marketing purposes. We disclose it only to: (a) the advertiser itself and users the advertiser designates; (b) infrastructure providers that host this service under contract and process data solely on our instructions; and (c) authorities where required by applicable law. We do not transfer Amazon Information to any party except as permitted by the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and the Amazon Ads Data Protection Policy.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. OAuth tokens are held encrypted at rest and are never exposed in client-side code, logs, reports or URLs. Access to production systems is restricted to named personnel who require it to deliver the service, protected by multi-factor authentication and reviewed periodically. We maintain a documented process for investigating and reporting security incidents and will notify the affected advertiser and Amazon without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach affecting their information.
We retain advertising data only as long as needed for the purposes in section 4. When an authorization is revoked or a services agreement ends, we revoke the stored tokens and delete the associated Amazon Information from our production systems and backups within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law. An advertiser may request deletion at any time by writing to ceo@rollingonclutch.net; we respond within 30 days.
Advertisers may request a copy of the information we hold about their account, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw authorization. Depending on where the advertiser is established, additional rights may apply under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, or the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. This site serves no advertising, sets no tracking or analytics cookies, and does not profile its visitors. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for security and reliability, retained for a short period and not used to identify individuals.
We are established in the Republic of Korea, and data may be processed there and in the regions where our hosting provider operates. Where we transfer information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above and, where the change is material, notify affected advertisers by email before it takes effect.

Rolling On Clutch(이하 "회사")는 광고주로부터 위임받은 아마존 광고 계정을 운영·분석·보고하기 위한 목적에 한하여 Amazon Ads API를 통해 광고 계정 식별자, 캠페인 구조, 성과 지표, 검색어·게재위치 리포트 및 Amazon이 발급한 인증 토큰을 처리합니다. 회사는 최종 소비자의 개인정보, 결제 정보, 아마존 계정 비밀번호를 수집하지 않습니다.
회사는 해당 정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고주가 위임하지 않은 목적으로 사용하거나 다른 광고주의 데이터와 결합하여 벤치마크 상품을 만들지 않습니다. 정보는 TLS로 전송되고 접근 통제된 인프라에 저장되며, 인증 토큰은 암호화하여 보관합니다.
광고주는 아마존 광고 콘솔의 Account Access 메뉴에서 언제든 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 즉시 접근이 중단됩니다. 권한 철회 또는 계약 종료 시 회사는 저장된 토큰을 폐기하고 관련 정보를 30일 이내에 운영 시스템 및 백업에서 삭제합니다. 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 ceo@rollingonclutch.net로 접수하며 30일 이내에 회신합니다.
